Bieber’s first concert for his ‘Believe’ tour got off to a rocky start this Saturday. The poor Biebs threw-up during his concert, but amazingly was able to sing perfectly. I know the Biebs is super-human, but not missing a note while having projectile vomit spewing from his mouth is amazing.
The Biebs is perfectly fine.
He tweeted his concerned fans this message:

The Biebs was able to finish his concert with only a few more un-intended bathroom breaks. Here is the Biebs resting in bed after his concert–how cute, I can totally overlook his lip-syncing faux pas.
